Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

• Education: Matric to bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Not required
• Age Limit: 20 to 40 years

Important Instructions

Application Process:

• Candidates must apply online at www.mes.gov.pk.
• The written and skill test will be conducted only in Karachi.

Test Details:

• The test will be objective type and will include:
  • Islamic Studies
  • Pakistan Studies
  • English
  • General Knowledge
  • Subject-related questions
• Tests will be checked using an Optical Mark Reader (OMR) machine.

Selection Process:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

For Government Employees:

• MES staff and other government employees must apply through the online portal.
• A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current department is required.

Application Fee:

• Candidates must deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 using a system-generated Challan.
• Payment can be made via Askari Bank, UBL Omni, or Easypaisa.
• Fee must be deposited by April 10, 2025.
• Bank drafts and postal orders are not accepted.

Age Relaxation

• 3 years for Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Communities, and recognized tribes of Tribal Areas, AJK, and GB.
• 3 years for candidates from Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan applying for BPS-15 and below.
• 15 years or service years (whichever is less) for retired Armed Forces personnel.
• 10 years for government servants with at least 2 years of service.
• 5 years for the widow, son, or daughter of a deceased civil servant.

If a candidate qualifies for multiple relaxations, only one category will be considered.

Age will be calculated as of April 5, 2025.

Required Documents for Interview

Candidates must bring original and attested copies of:

• Three passport-size photographs
• Educational certificates
• CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
• Domicile certificate (verified by the concerned district)
• Experience certificates (if applicable)
• Discharge certificate (for ex-Army personnel) or Service Certificate/NOC (for government employees)
